The ICF Home Block System simplifies how walls are built. These lightweight EPS blocks lock together like LEGO pieces. There are no nails, no mortar, and no messy mixing. You stack and align the blocks, then pour in reinforced concrete to form solid, insulated walls.

EPS Blocks That Insulate and Support

Made from expanded polystyrene, the blocks provide strong insulation with thermal conductivity below 0.20 W/mยฒK and reduced sound transmission. The material helps maintain the necessary conditions for proper concrete curing, which helps prevent cracks and leaks over time.

Strength and Anti-Seismic Performance

Once filled with reinforced concrete, the wall system becomes highly durable. The EPS acts like a shock absorber within a well-designed structure, improving anti-seismic resistance. The blocks are also non-flammable, adding another layer of safety to the construction.

Faster Construction with Cost Savings

Because the blocks interlock and require no traditional bonding materials, construction can be completed much faster than conventional methods. Projects can be finished up to four times faster, reducing labor time and overall costs.

Suitable for Many Types of Buildings

The ICF Home Block System can be used for single-family homes, multifamily buildings, swimming pools, underground constructions, non-residential buildings, and modular homes. It offers a practical way to build insulated, strong, and long-lasting structures in less time.
