Traveling can be an exciting adventure, but a long session of sleeping on a plane comes with a price – discomfort and restless nights. That’s where TruRest comes in, an innovative portable traveling rest aid designed to enhance your flight travel comfort and provide you with a deeper and more rejuvenating rest during your journey.

Its forward-leaning design takes the strain off your back, neck, and shoulders, providing an alternative body position that promotes relaxation when you sleep on a flight. Setting up TruRest is a breeze. Take it out of its carrying case and attach it to your tray table. With its adjustable feature, you can customize it to your preferred distance and find the perfect fit for your body. No more sleeping pills for flights!

Once you’re all set, you can lean forward and let TruRest support your entire body, allowing you to experience a whole new level of comfort and rest during your flight even if you are in economy class. One of the remarkable features of TruRest is its portability. When not in use, it conveniently folds into the footprint of an iPad, making it incredibly compact and easy to carry.

It even comes with a carrying case, ensuring you can take it wherever you go. And the best part? they have claimed that TruRest is TSA-approved, so you can breeze through security without any issues. The idea for TruRest was born out of a personal experience.

Chloe, the co-founder of TruRest, endured a grueling 32-hour sleepless flight, and it sparked her determination to find a solution. Teaming up with her friend Darryl, a former computer programmer, they worked together to bring TruRest to life. Their goal was simple – to revolutionize travel comfort and provide travelers with the rest they truly deserve.

When folded with the cushion, TruRest measures 9.25×6.75×4 inches, making it incredibly compact for storage. But when fully opened, it expands to a generous size of 19.5×17 inches, ensuring ample support for your body. Despite its impressive functionality, TruRest remains lightweight, weighing in at just 18 ounces so it won’t add unnecessary bulk to your travel essentials.

TruRest is adjustable to fit any body type and shape, ensuring that everyone can enjoy its benefits. Whether you’re tall or petite, TruRest can be tailored to your unique needs, providing the best way to sleep on a plane during those long hours. Currently, TruRest is raising funds on Kickstarter. An early bird pledge of US$145 will get you one!
