Incredibly innovative
where can I get one in the USA?
I it had 3 wheels instead of 4 it could qualify as a trike and not require a driver license in most US states. It is small enough to be use on bike trails too, thus keep out of the way of those awful gas guzzlers. A solar panel roof (now available light weight, thin and cheap) could aid in the charging when on the go or when parked.
