What if a driveway could help reduce plastic waste instead of adding more concrete to the ground? PURPLE PAVÉ is a driveway system created from 100% recycled plastic waste. The installation process looks similar to a regular driveway project, but instead of pouring concrete, these slabs are placed on the ground and locked together to form a solid surface.

Plastic Waste Transformed into a Driveway Surface

The tiles are manufactured entirely from plastic waste. This material is processed and shaped into strong modular slabs suitable for outdoor ground use. By converting waste into a construction surface, PURPLE PAVÉ offers a practical use for recycled materials without relying on traditional driveway methods such as concrete or asphalt.

The finished tiles come in an anthracite grey color that suits most outdoor environments and residential spaces. The pieces simply fit together to create a stable driveway surface. Because of this modular system, installation is quick and straightforward.

No heavy machinery is required during the installation process. The tiles are manageable in size and weight, allowing them to be positioned and connected manually.

Permeable Design for Rainwater Drainage

Unlike concrete driveways that seal the ground, these tiles allow rainwater to pass through the surface and drain into the soil below. This design helps prevent water accumulation and supports natural drainage through the ground.

Tile Sizes and Weight

PURPLE PAVÉ tiles are available in two formats. The large model measures 100 × 50 × 7 centimeters and weighs approximately 10 kilograms. The small model measures 50 × 50 × 7 centimeters and weighs approximately 5 kilograms. Both sizes are designed to be easy to handle during installation while providing a strong and stable surface once assembled.

Packaging and Surface Coverage

For transport and planning, the tiles are supplied on pallets measuring 110 × 110 centimeters. A pallet of the large model contains 60 tiles and can cover approximately 30 square meters of area. A pallet of the small model contains 100 tiles and covers about 25 square meters.

This packaging format allows easy calculation of how many pallets are required depending on the driveway size.

Removable and Replaceable Surface

Since the tiles are not bonded with concrete or adhesives, the driveway surface can be removed later if needed. Individual slabs can also be replaced without affecting the rest of the surface. This makes the system practical for situations where ground access may be required in the future.

Designed for Long-Term Use

The system is designed with a projected lifetime of 50 years. The tiles are engineered to be extremely strong and suitable for long-term outdoor use while maintaining their structure and performance.

The product demonstrates how waste materials can be converted into a functional and durable driveway solution without the need for traditional construction methods.
